This is an email I sent to my lists, this past Thursday and Friday.
======================

I want to share with you a product release by
by another friend I have JV with a number of times, Xavier Nelson.

Xavier, put together a mega pack of Niche Content Sites.
It is a 50 pack deal.

Even though, Xavier is my friend, I still took time to install one of the
niches on my own site, to see how the install went.
You can see one of my installs here.
Hybrid Cars

The install is very easy, there are only 3 files to update. Mainly just
adding your personal links for Amazon, and Adsense. I installed
the first one in under 20 minutes, and that included me looking up
my affiliate IDs, and taking notes, as I review the install.

I do have a couple of tips to share with you. I am putting that in a
short list this weekend after I review it one more time.

Now, that said, it still has a high recommendation from me.
The cost is only $47, making it less than a $1, a set.

You can see the set details below.

Key features; Instant Comments, RSS feeds, Automated Links Manager,
Rotating Article Snippets and a whole lot more designed to
draw in your visitors, such as…

- 50 High-Quality, Professionally Designed Niche Websites
- 25 Professionally Written Articles For Each Site
- Easy to setup, install and operate
- Multiple Revenue Streams
- Related News Feeds - Automated Videos
- Visitor Comments
- Easy Navigation
- Automated Reciprocal Linking
- Easy To Use Admin Control Panel
- and much, much more!!!

That’s the good news, now for the BAD news. There is a limit
to how many packs he is selling. More good news, really,
because you have less competition in search engines.
Plus, as an owner, you can promote the package as well,
until they are sold out. Plus, you will be in line for next
one a few months down the line.

Also check out the special report he included right on the page
at http://NicheContentNow.com

Hello Wonderful People

I’m Kelvin, owner of several sites, but most important to you today is www.TheWashingtonDirectory.com.

The site has recently been updated with several features. But why should this interest you.

BUSINESS EXPERTS - WIN - WIN

I am looking for experts in their fields who would like to be a part of The Washington Directory. Here is what we get to do, together. For example if you are THE GO TO plumber in the DC metro area, I would like for you to give at least a great tip a month. And because it can be visual, it would be great to show a plumber via video with a how to tip.

So, what do you get. First, you get top billing in the blog as THE Plumbing expert for the Washington Directory. I will also plug your videos into multiple video sharing sites. And because it is in the blog, your comments will be picked up by several other websites. So, you give a tip, I spread the word, and of course you get all the credit for the tip.

You can reach me via http://www.kelvinbrown.com/helpdesk or

this weekend a friend of my “Lee Green” referred someone to me who writes for a popular magazine.

At least from my point of view the interview about widgets, really it was about widgets, went well.
But, what I am really excited about is that a couple of things I said actually made sense to him. I invited him to use me as a resource. Even if it would not immediately give me credit. In this way I hope to build a relationship that proves to be a win, win for all involved.

I encourage you to build relationships, with writer, reports, etc. And this is not some big revelation that I came up with. It is just the first big contact with a major magazine that I have had.

Whenever, I begin to speak on how to take advantage of the internet for your business, I always include the fact that you should own your own name as a domain. For example I own www.kelvinbrown.com

For less than $10 a year in registration fees, I consider this of the highest priority, even if you do not own a business. It is not important that you use the domain, but what is important is that you have the ability to control usage of the name. For example there are a few other people named ‘Kelvin Brown’, online. There are many more offline. However, here is the tricky part, even though they personally may not have a website, others are likely to mention their names.

For example, there was a college basketball player, that got into a little trouble, his name was, Kelvin Brown. He was mentioned online by several news organizations and bloggers. It just happened that people curious about that event started looking for him online, inevitably, they found www.KelvinBrown.com, which I controlled. And because I controlled it, I could edit it to let them know, that they found the wrong site.

20 Ways To Make $100 Per Day Online, it really is great. “Pathway 100 sends a simple, straightforward message to
people looking to supplement their income by working online
part-time from home,” said Willie Crawford, founder of The
Internet Marketing Inner Circle (TIMIC). “Our Pathway 100
site will feature an information product that shows 20
different ways to achieve the goal of making $100 daily
working part-time.”

3 weeks ago, I had the opportunity to interview
Willie Crawford. The result was a 2 hour interview,
“On the Art of the JV”.

Well, right after we completed that video we put into practice
what we talked about for nearly 2 hours on the MP3.

The result was an ebook written by 20 marketers that
practice what they preach.

Below is the official press release written for:
“20 Ways To Make $100 Per Day Online.”
http://pathway100.com/

The ebook is the product of a major joint venture between
about 30 successful online internet marketers.

I may be biased, however, because I am a charter member
of the inner circle, and have worked with all the marketers
to help in putting it together. It is simply a great buy at
under $30.

You can be one of the first 200 buyers, by clicking here,
Publication That Puts ‘Average’ People On A Pathway To Make
$100 Daily Online While Working Part-Time From The Comfort
Of Their Homes

NAVARRE, FLORIDA (OCT 6, 2007) — Pathway100.com will go
live just hours from now, putting average people on the
pathway of making $100 daily online working part-time from
home, The Internet Marketing Inner Circle announced today.

The Pathway100.com website will begin accepting orders at 9
a.m. (E.D.T. USA) on Monday Oct. 8.

The website name was chosen from among more than 50 names
considered by TIMIC members.

“Pathway 100 sends a simple, straightforward message to
people looking to supplement their income by working online
part-time from home,” said Willie Crawford, founder of The
Internet Marketing Inner Circle (TIMIC). “Our Pathway 100

The product has a simple, understated title: “20 Ways To
Make $100 Per Day Online.”

“Simplicity is the hallmark of this product,” Crawford
said. “This unique publication is free of hype and is
packed with valuable information. It was created by TIMIC
members to demonstrate that a goal of making $100 daily
part-time is reachable. Every word in this publication was
written by ‘ordinary’ people for ‘ordinary’ people.
Customers will notice right away that the authors love what
they do. It’s a perfect product for people who’d like to
open their own small business online or take an existing
business to the next level.”

Crawford is one of the Internet Marketing world’s most
influential voices.

His biography, “Git Off The Porch, is a source of
inspiration for online entrepreneurs across the globe.

While serving in the U.S. Air Force in 1996, Crawford
turned to the Internet to supplement his military wages.
What started as a curiosity turned into a full-time
business with worldwide reach.

Raised on a small North Carolina tobacco farm, Crawford
escaped the clutches of rural poverty and went on to gain
an international reputation as a business mentor and
speaker. He is a graduate of North Carolina State
University.

“Pathway 100 is the starting point from which people
interested in working from home can develop a sustainable
part-time income,” Crawford said. “Each chapter of our
publication was written by individual TIMIC members and
outlines methods they use daily to make money online.”

ABOUT TIMIC: The Internet Marketing Inner Circle (TIMIC) is
